Vocal Lessons at Gretna Music Lessons can help you or your kid reach their singing goals. We have teachers that perform live on a regular basis. So, not only will you learn how to sing or how to improve your singing, you can also benefit from the years of experience our teachers have from singing live and professionally.

We pride ourselves in our ability to teach any student of any age! So, whether lessons are for a child or an adult, we have you covered!
The reason we don't require a long term commitment or contract is so that way you can learn music comfortably without feeling pressured to stay or pay for a long period of time... let's see if we are a good fit for you!
We base our studio hours on the school schedule. We are open for any student that wants to take lessons after school, but we also offer "by appointment" lessons for other times during the day.
We currently have a Music Studio in Omaha, Adkins Guitar and Music, located on 84th and Grover Street. We have an amazing staff and student base. Our almost 200 5-Star reviews are something we are very proud of!

Sam Howdle is a voice, piano, and flute instructor at Gretna Music Lessons. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, she is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor in Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance.
Sam has always had a love for all types of music and particularly loves pop, R&B, and musical theatre
Sam Howdle is a voice, piano, and flute instructor at Gretna Music Lessons. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, she is a graduate from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor in Music with a concentration in Vocal Performance.
Sam has always had a love for all types of music and particularly loves pop, R&B, and musical theatre. Sam performs around Omaha and the surrounding areas and was lucky enough to perform in Carnegie Hall in New York in her undergrad. Countless opportunities to travel and compete in vocal competitions throughout her education as well as working with other professionals allowed her to further her knowledge in music and teaching.
Sam has been teaching for around 2 years and loves getting to inspire and help her students grow as musicians and individuals.
Chase Jensen Graduated from Blair High School and began a Bachelor's in Music Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He played Bass Clarinet in the UNO Symphonic Wind Ensemble for two years and played in the various Blair Jazz Bands for six years. He took multiple piano courses from renowned collaborative pianist, Stacie Hane
Chase Jensen Graduated from Blair High School and began a Bachelor's in Music Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He played Bass Clarinet in the UNO Symphonic Wind Ensemble for two years and played in the various Blair Jazz Bands for six years. He took multiple piano courses from renowned collaborative pianist, Stacie Haneline and guitar lessons from Mannheim Steamroller's, Glen Smith.
Chase also sang in the UNO University Chorus for three semesters and sang in the Nebraska Medical Choir for two seasons. He has extensive music theory and composition knowledge and is always learning new ways to teach music concepts.
He has taught students of all ages and believes anyone can and should learn music in their own way and at their own pace.
Kait Torbett is a voice, piano, and drum instructor at Gretna Music Lessons. Born and raised in Shenandoah, Iowa, Kait has enjoyed being involved in many forms of music and theater throughout the years. She is currently studying vocal music education with a minor in theater performance.

Kait Torbett is a voice, piano, and drum instructor at Gretna Music Lessons. Born and raised in Shenandoah, Iowa, Kait has enjoyed being involved in many forms of music and theater throughout the years. She is currently studying vocal music education with a minor in theater performance.
Kait has had the opportunity to perform on the Civic Center Stage in Des Moines, Iowa with the Iowa Musical Theater Awards, as well as four times at the Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa as an Iowa Allstate Choir member. She has been seen in numerous theater productions in Southwest Iowa and the Omaha area. She has worked on numerous children’s theater and music productions, and has always had a love for igniting a musical fire in the hearts of children.
When she’s not teaching or performing, Kait enjoys making music with her husband, Don, or reading a good book next to their cat, Finn.
Eamon Hajek-Jones is a pianist and vocalist from Plattsmouth, Nebraska. He grew up learning piano from his mother and singing at his church. Now he attends UNO as a Music Technology major where he has been a part of the piano studio, collaborative piano classes, and the UNO Concert Choir.

Bailey is currently a student at University of Nebraska Omaha studying music Education for Saxophone and Educational Psychology. She is involved with both top ensembles at UNO, the Symphonic Wind Ensemble and the Concert Choir that she performed with at Carnegie Hall.
She started playing guitar when she was six, and has been in love with
